📍 Arrival & Check-In

What time does camp start on arrival day?

Arrival begins at 1:00 PM on Sunday. Lunch is not provided on arrival day — the first meal is dinner. You should arrive by 3:00 PM to allow adequate time for processing.

What is the check-in process?

  1. Gather at the 'Y' partway down the road (staging area) — do NOT proceed to the top of the road, as this causes backups onto Highway 108
  2. Stage gear in the flag meadow and meet your troop guide
  3. Camp office check-in (Wi-Fi codes, sign-in, confirm BlackPug)
  4. Health Lodge check-in at dining hall (dietary restrictions, stewarding overview, table assignments, camper bands, range and target forms)
  5. Swim checks (required at camp, must be done in the camp river — scouts needing a swim track go directly to aquatics)
  6. Area tours
  7. Campsite move-in
  8. SPL and Scoutmaster meeting at 4:30 PM, flags at 5:50 PM
