🆓 Free Youth T-Shirt — Blue "Rappeller" Design

Who gets one (no extra cost):

• Youth Members who paid the in-council rate, OR
• Youth Members who registered before November 15, 2025 (early-bird rate)

How to claim the size:

1. Log into BlackPug
2. Open Update Information for each eligible Scout
3. Select a T-shirt size

Deadline: May 17, 2026

⚠️ If the free T-shirt size field does not appear for a Scout in BlackPug, that Scout did not qualify for the promotion.

Think of this one as the "go-home, clean shirt" — fresh design at the end of the week.
