1. How do I link BlackPug to CampDoc?

This was the #1 source of confusion. Families do NOT get CampDoc access automatically — a troop leader must complete the link first.

Step by step:

  1. Log into BlackPug at scoutingevent.com/055-CHS26
  2. Open each scout's record and confirm first name, last name, date of birth, gender, and email are entered
  3. Click Update Information
  4. Find the yellow Link to CampDoc button midway down the page
  5. This creates the CampDoc profile and sends the invite link to the family

Tip: Use the Autofill button in BlackPug to pull in council membership data and save time.
